"The dozer worked very well.
We have put about 50 hours on it, some revenue some personal, with really no problems. I built a brush guard for the radiator, we had some close calls with stumps but no real damage.
All and all we are still very happy with our little dozer. I'm glad you suggested we consider the D21 over the D20. It is not too small and not too large for the work we want to do, we can still haul it around with a pickup and the controls are great."

"Hi Lou I just got in and had a heck of a long day today or I would have written
sooner. Well cutting to the chase I have been nothing more than smiles since I laid eyes on that
dozer. The undercarriage is everything and more that u said it was and the rest of the machine is
absolutely beautiful. It purrs like a kitten. There are not enough words to thank you for your Honesty and
integrity, those are hard things to find in people today. I can't thank you enough it is great!!! The
gentleman that delivered it was also top shelf and said he had been delivering Dozers and like and said that he felt this one had been one of the nicer ones he has
seen. Floyd (driver) Said he fired it up three times and it ran like a top and funny enough it was this morning the coldest morning all winter about 10
degrees. I can't thank you enough." Chuck

"Lou, the dozer came in fine, and looks fine. It started right up.
The transmission didn't shift into gear and neither I or the Driver (Jerry)
could figure out why. I turned engine off. put it in gear then started back up.
It could be the clutch adjustment so will work on it when the snow gets off the
ground next week. All in all I'm pleased with the dozer now. Can't wait to put
it to work a little to check it out but too bad of weather right now. Thanks for
being a strait shooter and giving all the info you have made it easier to make
the right choices. Thanks again"
